CARM-Pro was first designed in 1989, in NH, during a deep recession. Bank and Credit Union collection departments were changing rapidly, to a very dynamic industry. Consequently, a key design requirement for CARM-Pro was the ability for collection managers to change virtually everything about CARM-Pro. Adding new data items, screens (new screen or new data on a screen), standard messages, work flows, field translations, letters; almost everything can be collection manager changed “instantly”. CARM-Pro has no limit to the number of unique fields a client can add to CARM-Pro.
