I wanted to touch base and give an update on how the Enghouse integration is going. I can’t tell you enough how much we love it! It has changed how we engage with our members considerably. We are still only using the email function, however, on average we are getting over 50 responses from these emails weekly. They are responding via email, texting and calling. (Our collection number is setup to send and receive text messages through ZipWhip.) Those 50 responses save us well over 2 hours weekly as we are not having to make these calls and we are getting responses from people that have never responded to our calls. 

I want you to know that CARM-Pro has been crucial in the management of the COVID-19 crisis.  The flexibility and ability for us to make changes on the fly made it manageable.

I wanted to make you aware that Rob is one of the most knowledgeable, pleasant and easy going people I have ever worked with. We had an issue with the database and Rob knew exactly how to fix it and even showed us some little tricks to troubleshooting along the way. He was also very flexible as we were also relying on another vendor to restore a database without a time frame of success. Once restored, Rob reached out to me almost immediately after I emailed him. The level of service compelled me to reach out to you and let you know his value to us.

Carm-Pro is totally customizable to our size and needs and we can make changes to how we use the system internally instead of always having to call support. The features in Carm-Pro have allowed us to create efficiencies requiring half of the staff we should have. We can do everything we need to in Carm-Pro, instead of bouncing from system to system. The staff at IBS is responsive and fast. When speaking at conferences or talking to colleagues, I always suggest IBS to others that are looking for a collections system. I’ve used more than 10 different systems over the years and this is, by far, the best one.
