2014 IBS Client Conference
New London, NH, September 30, 2014 – This year’s Client Conference focused on teaching COLLECTION AND ASSET RECOVERY MANAGER – PROFESSIONAL (“CARM-Pro”) users about advanced CARM-Pro capabilities and reuniting and introducing fellow users.
Having heard comments like “This was the best conference that you have ever hosted!” and having folks thank us for being able to “take away lots of great technical ‘how to’ information” is wonderful feedback for us as we begin to plan our 2015 Client Conference. The invaluable advice given by our customers via the online evaluation provided to them following the 2014 conference will ensure that 2015 will be even better.
Rob Daley, President of IBS, welcomed our customers to our conference, touching upon the new items they would learn, and thanking them for spending those last few days of summer with us.
Over the three-day conference, customers were broken into smaller groups to be able to have more contact and “interactive sessions” with IBS staff while learning and networking. The concurrent session topics were: CARM-Pro Best Practices (hear from experts and users on how to maximize the positive impact CARM-Pro can have in your institution) and an IBS Forum User Training session (learn more about how to access product knowledge, and communicate with both IBS staff as well as peer users). Attendees then rotated between the three breakout sessions learning about:
- Work Flow - which standardizes operations by using workflow capabilities while boosting collection compliance, and
- Work lists and Assignments - focusing on understanding targeted lists.
- Collection Compliance Round Table - A round table shared with attendees how to leverage CARM-Pro to improve compliance, while presenting attendees an opportunity to ask their own “how do I…” questions.
Users also received a “SoundBite Best Practices” session, using voice, text and email messaging to improve collection compliance and boost collection results; saw the new Enhanced Real Time presentation for COCC Insight and Fiserv DNA customers, customers also were given the opportunity to learn about the advantages of Data Forms and how to take advantage of the robust tool that has speed simplifies entry and brings consistency to key collector actions and controls data entry quality and lastly got an orientation on the expanded User and Administrator Reference Manuals.
The CARM-Pro User Group (CPUG) held its annual meeting
After compiling the feedback from the conference evaluation, we are elated to share that the exposure and use of the proffered User Forum has skyrocketed. Given that our customers are vastly geographically located, the User Forum provides a tool to network, receive and provide information, ask questions and be a part of a community of collection and recovery software users here at Intelligent Banking Solutions.
We would like to thank everyone for their time, energy and listening ears that attended the conference and also extend our heartfelt appreciation for the staff at the Best Western Executive Court Inn and Banquet Facility for their attention to detail and wonderful event execution. As well as thank Rob Daley, Steve Dodson, John Bock, Nancy Clark, Cindy Daley, Ryan Palmer, De Hsieh, Mike McFadden and Katie Daley for all of their hard work and dedication to the 2014 IBS Client Conference.
