IBS licensed clients actively enrolled in an IBS directly supported “support” plan are provided unparalleled (in this industry) client and product services, including: operational software support, implementation and training, ongoing services like report creation, system administration and so much more.
Support includes people to people resolution (Mon to Fri 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST – except Federal Banking Holidays) to any problem you may encounter operating our systems. IBS Client Product Support also includes regular software updates, to keep you current with technological advancements.
IBS is there for you after the initial installation. Our Support Services line is open during normal business hours, five days a week, to answer any question that you may have or resolve any operational problems you may encounter. Support questions also may be sent via email to email@example.com for an electronic response. Support Services also uses our WebEx Support Center in responding to questions when appropriate.
Installation and Training:
IBS pre-configures our technology to meet your institutions individual needs. This includes setting up your letters, your reports, your screens, your queues, etc. We deliver the final product during the training phase. Training is available at your institution, at the IBS training center in New Hampshire or via Web-based training classes. Our goal is to train your staff how to use the software and how to take control of its configurations going forward.
Information is power. CARM-Pro provides a library of reporting options that range from standard reports, run-time reports, and custom reports (in numerous formats, grouping, and totaling options) via Crystal Reports. Our Support Services staff will answer any reporting questions that you may have. They will also make themselves available to create any custom report that you may need.
IBS is with you year after year to keep you on the cutting edge of solutions. Ongoing training can include training new hires on the IBS software, refreshing existing employee’s knowledge of our powerful tools, reviewing work flow and system operations, or working with your computer staff to help keep your Windows network trouble free. Training is offered on a recurring schedule at the IBS facility in New London, New Hampshire, or via Web-based classes.
