Q&A Collection

How does the CMS-PRO organize my account queue?

Your bank policy determines queuing. Our technology implements that policy. Queuing has three modes; tickler, user account preferred and advanced.

Tickler mode queues your ticklers for your assigned accounts. You can sort them by date, time and or priority. You can select sub groups of your accounts by date and or priority.

User preferred account CMS-Pro queuing is accomplished by specifying ranges on up to five key trigger items, like days late, loan type or branch code. You then identify ranges of values for these key fields that are your account queue responsibilities. For example, you may work "installment loans" that are "15 to 59" days late. Advanced filters use Standard Query Language (SQL) queries created by IBS or advanced users via a Query By Example (QBE) engine to ad hoc query the database using all the power of SQL and no application limits. For example, a collector working installment loans [loan type codes 1, 3, 11, 15-19] that are 15-59 days late for customers whose user set status codes are BK, L or OREO.
