Bio: Shari Markle joined IBS in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in technical client support, including 5 years as a bank Assistant IT Manager. Shari has had support, implementation, conversion and training roles at IBS, before assuming the Directory of Client Services responsibilities. Shari has her degree in Computer Information Systems. She is married and has a young son. She has lived in the Lake Sunapee Area for most of her life. She enjoys spending time traveling with her family.
